We wanted to share with you some plans for our roasting space and what it will bring to specialty coffee in the area.
This roasting space will be Manheims first, and of
the very few spaces in Central Pa where a roastery and a coffee shop is combined into one.
It opens up so many opportunities to showcase the incredible coffees from the producers we partner with.
The Pullshot Roasting Lab will also be a place to learn. We’re planning programs for anyone curious about specialty coffee. From brewing better at home, to exploring the coffees we offer, to seeing firsthand how we profile and develop each roast’s unique flavor.
Our programs will also allow many other things such as dialing in espresso, latte art classes, and proper brewing techniques.
We will also host cupping sessions, inviting guests to taste and evaluate potential additions to our lineup.
We are so excited for what this space will become.
