After months of developing recipes for our new seasonal specials, we’ve landed on a lineup we’re incredibly proud of.

We cannot wait for you to try them out. We plan to have many of these drinks available for the fall season with some new specials coming into the mix.

Many of these drinks will be available throughout the fall season, with a few new specials joining the lineup along the way.

New specials release Aug. 29th, this Saturday.

Here is what we got:

Cardamom Bun Latte: House-made cardamom syrup, vanilla cream, house-made almond orgeat, double espresso, and milk.

Pumpkin Spice Latte: Creamy pumpkin spice, double espresso, and milk.

Pecan Latte: House-made pecan syrup, dark brown sugar, light brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, double espresso, and milk.

Spiced Chai Latte: Extra-spiced chai made with cardamom, ginger, lemon, black pepper, star anise, and milk.

MANHEIM! 📍

It has been a little while since our last update, so we wanted to share another glimpse of the space as it continues to take shape.

We have been working on it every day, carefully bringing each detail closer to completion. The lighting is now nearly finished, with a few additional elements still to come that we are saving for opening day.

The space is beginning to feel exactly as we envisioned.

MANHEIM! 🖤☕️

We wanted to share with you some plans for our roasting space and what it will bring to specialty coffee in the area.

This roasting space will be Manheims first, and of
the very few spaces in Central Pa where a roastery and a coffee shop is combined into one.

It opens up so many opportunities to showcase the incredible coffees from the producers we partner with.

The Pullshot Roasting Lab will also be a place to learn. We’re planning programs for anyone curious about specialty coffee. From brewing better at home, to exploring the coffees we offer, to seeing firsthand how we profile and develop each roast’s unique flavor.

Our programs will also allow many other things such as dialing in espresso, latte art classes, and proper brewing techniques.

We will also host cupping sessions, inviting guests to taste and evaluate potential additions to our lineup.

We are so excited for what this space will become.

The counters are officially in, and Phase 2 of our buildout is nearly complete. We’ll also be starting roasting production in Manheim very soon.

As we continue building out the space, we’d love to hear from you again, what hours would you like to see at the shop?

We’ve received a lot of requests to stay open later, and we want to know, how late would you realistically come by for coffee?
