Rockfish Public House is a restaurant, bar and private event venue located at 110 N. George Street in York Pennsylvania. Our focus is to feature premium seafood primarily from the Atlantic Coast and Gulf of Mexico that is wild caught, sustainably harvested and/or farmed in a manner which is good for the environment. We also feature a full service bar including 12 draft beers, most of which are pro

ducts from local breweries. Upstairs RPH Live features a private event space complete with a full bar. Our mission at Rockfish Public House is to provide the highest quality of food, service and atmosphere possible without compromise. We believe that guests who choose to spend time with us must consistently receive relaxed but attentive service in an atmosphere that permits them to feel as though they are on vacation right here in the heart of downtown York.

A big thank you to Liz and Donavin on their 4-year anniversaries, and to Eliza on her 3-year anniversary with the team.

Fresh seafood, summer flavors, and a cocktail that’s made for warm evenings.

This weekend’s features include our Soft Shell Crab Sandwich served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, J.O. mayo, and French fries.

We’re also serving a Pesto Parmesan Crusted Halibut over wild mushroom risotto, bringing together fresh flavors and comforting richness in every bite.

Behind the bar, the Blueberry Lemon Spritz is pouring all weekend long with Smirnoff Blueberry Vodka, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda, and brut cuvée.

Father's Day weekend is shaping up to be a busy one at Rockfish, so if you're planning to celebrate with us, now is a great time to make your reservation.

Fresh flavors are on the menu this weekend at Rockfish Public House.

Sink your teeth into our Soft Shell Crab Sandwich, served on a brioche bun with crisp lettuce, tomato, J.O. mayo, and a side of French fries.

Our Grilled Red Snapper brings together summer melon relish, sautéed broccolini, and ginger-scented black rice for a light and flavorful entrée that highlights the season.

This weekend’s lineup at Rockfish Public House is all about fresh flavors and a little coastal inspiration.

Our Soft Shell Crab Sandwich is making its return—lightly fried, tucked into a brioche bun, topped simply with lettuce, tomato, and our J.O. mayo. Served with a pile of hot french fries, it’s the kind of sandwich that reminds you why soft shell season never lasts long enough.

If you’re in the mood for something fork-tender and bright, the Grilled Grouper is the way to go. We’re pairing it with garlic roasted potatoes, sautéed broccolini, and a smooth hollandaise aioli that ties everything together.

The kitchen has rolled out a new take on our Grilled Chesapeake Rockfish, and it’s got a bright, summery feel to it.

It feels like the perfect kind of weekend to settle in with something good on the plate and a little extra flavor in your glass. Here’s what we’ve been working on in the kitchen and behind the bar.

Soft Shell Crab Sandwich
A summertime favorite done the Rockfish way—lightly fried soft shell crab tucked into a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and our J.O. mayo. Served with a pile of French fries for good measure.

Black Pepper Ribeye
A 14 oz ribeye, chargrilled so it picks up that smoky edge, then finished with a Guinness demi-glaze and shallots. Rustic, rich, and paired with French fries to keep things classic.

Blackened Catfish
A bold, Southern-leaning plate with blackened catfish over cheddar grits, topped with a crawfish cream sauce that brings just the right amount of heat.

Spicy Margarita
Teremana tequila, Cointreau, fresh citrus, simple syrup, a jalapeño tincture, and a tajin rim. Bright, spicy, and a fun way to kick off your evening.
