One thing we absolutely love at The Flounder is sourcing our seafood locally. And we don't just mean somewhere in Maine—we mean right here in our community, from people we know, trust, and are proud to call friends.

This beautiful bluefin tuna was caught by our friend Eli aboard the Elias Alexandropoulos and processed by SeaportFish before making its way onto our menu. You'll find it in our sushi, poke bowls, and crudos—and next door at 🌊SHORTIES BEACH CAFE☀️ in everyone's favorite bagel, the Wandered North.

It doesn't get any fresher than this. Come taste the difference that truly local seafood makes.
