Gracias to Don Carvajal for carrying Lost Borough’s Dominican Vanilla Ice Cream for their Affogato — the perfect pairing. 🇩🇴☕🍨

This Italian-inspired dessert gets a Dominican twist, featuring a scoop of Dominican vanilla ice cream served in a freshly pulled espresso made with Dominican specialty coffee, brewed in a traditional Greca (Moka Pot).

If you haven’t visited yet, Don Carvajal is a beautiful space just north of Yonkers in Irvington, nestled along the scenic Hudson Valley and well worth the trip. Y hay desayunito.
