Well my attempt to get funding dose not look like it’s being very successful but never the less I will continue to push forward.

At the end of this month to begin of next I’ll be setting up and sell tacos and l quesadillas. I’ll set up an event on my end.

Hello all!!

It been a while and I been working on my business.

Unfortunately grants are hard to get and investors a slim to non. So with that said I’ve made it journey to get a decent credit card to buy some equipment to make more than tamales.

Tamales are an extremely time consuming project and tend to take me one full day of grinding to make a decent amount for all that love them.

Though I know most love tamales I know y’all love tacos too! So I’ve found it more efficient to make a limited menu of tacos and quesadillas and then expand as things progress.

Though I want the community’s thoughts and opinions or feelings! Please feel free to give me any ideas and as a reminder I do have a full time job and have only my weekends!

Hello Y’all.

I apologize for the inconvenience but I won’t be able to make tamales for my normal Sunday run.

There has been a few things that have popped up that I can not ignore and as such maybe unable to make tamales for a few weekends.
