Muddy Mo's is always proud of the Yankton community — and especially so today when we welcomed the new Park Haven facility by the duck pond. Park Haven will provide a place for women who are pregnant and suffer from an addiction so that both they and the baby can get a healthy new start. Yankton has many, many compassionate caregivers. It's a strength of our town that gets overlooked.

IF EVER THERE is a Muddy Mo's Hall of Fame, the first inductee will be Clay Stastny. Clay came to work with us 5-plus years ago when we opened and he's been a rock star ever since. Sadly for us, today is his last day. He's moving to Omaha to continue his education. He's off to bigger things but we'll always be thankful that Clay played a key role in launching Muddy Mo's.

WE TEND TO OVERDO THINGS at Muddy Mo's — so yes we now have a snow cone fountain and we can make 68 flavors. All the usuals like strawberry, blue raspberry and mango— or salted egg yolk (which is delicious by the way), huckleberry and coconut.
