We are in PEAK summer harvesting season and this is also the time where I canโ€™t decide what to feature. So on my rare Saturdays off, I went to the farmers market to get inspired. Always looking for vegetables I have never worked with before and then it all came together!

Roasted corn, chilaca cream sauce, cilantro lime drizzle, cotija, pickled tropea onions. Option to add chorizo!

Tony said this is one of favorites ๐Ÿ˜
