Only 3 weeks left at the EAST Vancouver Farmers Market! And we’ll be at ALL 3!

This Thursday will be the last chance to get the seasonal team favorite corn and poblano pizza! We’ll also have our mortadella focaccia sandwich as well as our heirloom tomato sandwich 😋.

We are in PEAK summer harvesting season and this is also the time where I can’t decide what to feature. So on my rare Saturdays off, I went to the farmers market to get inspired. Always looking for vegetables I have never worked with before and then it all came together!

Roasted corn, chilaca cream sauce, cilantro lime drizzle, cotija, pickled tropea onions. Option to add chorizo!

Tony said this is one of favorites 😁

Saturday from 9am to 3pm, we’ll be back at the Vancouver Farmers Market.

Next day, we’ll be at Sunday Sounds at Columbia Tech Amphitheater from 5-8pm. Only 2 Sunday Sounds left 😭.
