Smoke 'N the Valley BBQ BBQ food vendor and catering. All rubs, sauces and sides are made from scratch. Wood fired all the way.

All meats are slow smoked for as long as 15 hours depending on type and no meat is pre-boiled or pre-cooked in anyway.

Update on my last post. We have talked with Dan and we will atleast honor our scheduled next 2 setups there this month starting with this coming Saturday. October 10th and again on October 25th. We hope to see you there.

Hello folks. As the old saying goes, All good things must come to an end. As you all know by now, Dan and Pam Chasey have sold the Castile C***r Mill and are retiring. We have had some of the most enjoyable times there over the years. Warm conversations, good laughs and a total memorable friendship with Dan and Pam we'll always cherish. Also meeting, making new friends and serving some really great people.
Enjoy your retirement to the fullest you guys, you deserve all the goodness it brings.
With that being said, Patti and I have talked it over and decided we will no longer set up there. For our customers in that area, you can still hit us up at Buried Barrel Hard C***r, just acouple miles up the road, from time to time.
Dan&Pam, you will surely be missed along with the laughs and conversations and all your kindness. ❤️

Tomorrow is the day folks at Titus Fruit Stand, starting lunch by 11 with Brisket, Pulled pork sandwiches, Brisket beans and Mac&Cheese. THEN, starting at 3 until 6, A Chicken & Rib combo dinner with salt potatoes, side salad, banana muffin and pumpkin surprise dessert. NOTE; Please no substitutions, any additional side available at regular cost. Thank you and hope to see you there, and don't forget to grab some c***r, apples and other goodies while you are there.

This Saturday (Oct 3rd) we'll be set up at Titus Fruit Stand serving from 11 to 6. We're starting out with Brisket and Pulled pork sandwiches, Smoked Mac&Cheese during lunch then finish off starting at 3, with chicken and rib dinners with 2 sides (salt potatoes etc) and a dessert, until 6 or sold out. Feel free to message if you want to hold a dinner. So come on down, grab some c***r and other tasty goods from the Fruit Stand and yes! BBQ goodies.
