Fotini and Kosta had their 3rd date at Solero Cafe back in 2008!

For those who remember, Solero Cafe was once located in the very same space where Auburn Taverna now calls home. It’s a full-circle moment that makes this location even more special to us.

Who would have thought that a date night at Solero all those years ago would lead to opening our own restaurant in the very same spot? ❤️
