After two long years, it’s back! My father and uncle invited me to the Toledo Police Museum Cops & Rodders Car & Bike Show to sell my hot sauce. I wanted to create a sauce that my dad would approve of.

Unfortunately, he passed away shortly after this event, and this request was made by a friend named Tim.

My dad had a particular fondness for bourbon, maple syrup, and mild heat in his food.

NEW SLUSHY SAUCE

This sauce is a unique blend of Red & Orange Fire Roasted Habaneros, which gives it two different colors. Added fresh ginger, carrot, onion, garlic, and sea salt. It’s a fiery and delicious combination that I’ve been making privately for ourselves and haven’t seen anyone else do before. The ginger really shines through, adding a spicy kick to the overall flavor.
