Baked by Sakima I'm a home baker who enjoys making cupcakes,cakes, flan, and more. I only use fresh ingredients, everything is made in small batches and made to order.

Hello and welcome to Cakes by Sakima. I have been creating cakes and cupcakes for a few years now. It all started with me watching my mother make her pineapple upside down cake and cheese cake as a child. I couldn't wait for them to be done. As an adult I baked cakes as a hobby, soon after family and friends were asking for me to bake something for holiday parties and birthdays. What started out as a hobby has become my passion. In 2011 I started receiving orders for cakes and cupcakes through word of mouth. With the support from family and friends I have been able to run a small home based business. I continue to dedicated myself to learning all I can about baking, cake decorating and flavor combinations. I use fresh ingredients and my fondant and buttercream icing is homemade not store bought, which allows me to give you the flavor of your choice. So if it's not good enough for me it's not good enough for my customers.
