There’s never really a “normal” day around here.

One minute we’re unloading a huge delivery, the next we’re buried in orders, testing new ideas, making paninis, wraps, wings, loaded tots, and trying to keep up with everything happening inside this little shop.

And one thing we never cut corners on is keeping Riverside clean.

We’ll even show you the toilets 😄

If you’ve never been in, come see what we’re all about.

Last two days before we head into Halloween season here at Riverside Subs.

It’s your last chance to get the Mexican Street Corn Cheesesteak and the Fall River, our September Sub of the Month. Two loaded cheesesteaks that have been a huge hit this month.

Get them now before they’re gone and we start rolling out our Halloween menu.

We’re here until 8 PM today. Dine in, takeout, call ahead, or order online.

Come decorate Riverside Subs with me for fall. We went right to the Amish for the mums, pumpkins, tomatoes, peppers, and all the little things that make our Wrightsville, Pennsylvania shop feel like fall.

Be honest, do you decorate for fall early or wait until October?

****Sunday NFL Wing Update ***

We are learning a lot from the overwhelming response to our $8.99 dozen wing special. When we had to pause online orders, we also found that it made it difficult to give our regular customers the attention they deserve.(Customers who were not ordering wings but were being held up by the rush)

Starting this Sunday, wing orders will be offered during specific NFL ordering windows:

12 PM to 1 PM for the 1 PM games
3 PM to 4 PM for the late afternoon games
7 PM to 8 PM for Sunday Night Football

There will be no advance wing preorders. You can still order online or call in your wing order during an open window. Once that window ends, we will not accept wing orders again until the next window opens.

This will give our team time to regroup, restock, catch up, and fulfill orders properly throughout the day without overwhelming our staff. We want to keep the wings hot, the orders accurate, and the experience good for everyone.

Limit 2 dozen wings per person. While supplies last.

Our regular menu will remain available during normal business hours.

My famous sub shop is right here in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania.

At Riverside Subs, we are always coming up with something new, serving big cheesesteaks, fresh subs, wings, desserts, and more. We have a lot planned for Halloween, the Gobbler is coming back for Thanksgiving, and Christmas is going to be even bigger.

Come see why we were voted top three for cheesesteaks and top three best sub shop.

York County, I think we just made wing history.

177 dozen wings in one day. Thank you to every single person who came out, waited patiently, called in, ordered online, and showed Riverside Subs love. We were moving from noon until close and you all made it happen.

We appreciate you more than you know.

The final count is in, and I honestly believe we may have broken a York County wing record today.

We sold a whopping 177 dozen wings in one day.

When I tell you we started at 12 o’clock this afternoon and did not finish until we closed at 8 o’clock tonight, I mean it. We were going nonstop all day long. I didn’t take a break today, but I didn’t need one. I wanted to keep going because you guys showed up for us, and I wanted to make sure we got as many orders out as we possibly could.

Thank you to everyone who came in, called in, ordered online, waited patiently, and supported us today. I know it was not perfect. We had to temporarily pause online ordering while we navigated through all the orders coming in and caught back up. I know some people were unable to order right away, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We are a small business with a small kitchen, but today you all made Riverside Subs feel huge. You make this business what it is. This is not just my business. It is everybody’s business, because you guys are the reason we are able to keep growing.

You are family to me, and you truly mean the world to us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for an unbelievable day.

Let the wing games begin again.

We are back taking wing orders online or by calling in until we are sold out. Thank you again for your patience today.
