A paced tasting of all five dishes from our current feature menu.

FIRST COURSE
Peach burrata
Peaches, burrata, heirloom tomatoes, arugula, toast points, cherry balsamic reduction, crispy prosciutto, microgreens.

SECOND COURSE
Perch bites
Fried breaded perch, spicy remoulade, green apple coleslaw.

THIRD COURSE
Short rib Mac and cheese
Slow-braised short rib glaze with cherry demi-glaze, three-cheese mac and cheese, crispy fried onions, microgreens.

FOURTH COURSE
Coffee rub pork chop
Coffee-and-spice-rubbed Sakura pork chop, peach-bourbon relish, corn grits, crispy prosciutto, green beans.

FIFTH COURSE
Cherry lavender cheesecake
Lavender-infused cheesecake, cherry compote, almond graham cracker crust.

FIVE-COURSE FEATURE TASTING MENU

A paced tasting of all five dishes from our current feature menu.

FIRST COURSE
Chilled Shrimp Gazpacho
Tomato gazpacho with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, chilled shrimp, crispy prosciutto, microgreens, and dill oil.

SECOND COURSE
Salmon Cake
Pan-fried salmon and chorizo cake with roasted red pepper aioli, citrus-dressed arugula, and pickled onions.

THIRD COURSE
Not an Oscar
Grilled filet with sweet corn and crab velvety sauce, caramelized shallot mashed potatoes, asparagus, microgreens, and dill oil.

FOURTH COURSE
Fire Scallops
Pan-fried scallops basted with garlic-chili butter, chorizo and corn wild rice, mango-lime coulis, charred lemon, and red pepper.

FIFTH COURSE
Mango-Lime Cake
Mango poke cake with basil-white chocolate mousse and fresh lime zest.
