You all thought we were done with announcements… not even close.

Tomorrow Caterlilly’s will be serving up all your regular favorites from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Breakfast, lunch, sweet treats, coffees, giant tenderloins, Cuban wraps, Caterlilly Pads… the whole crew of menu favorites will be ready for action.

BUT…

At 5:01 PM we’re closing the window for one hour and performing what can only be described as a culinary magic trick. 🪄🍝

From 5:01 PM to 6:00 PM, we’ll be transforming the truck into a cozy little Italian Take-Out Bistro.

Starting at 6:00 PM, we’ll be serving a whole lineup of Italian comfort food made from recipes that have been passed down through generations.

Italian Night will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will be take-out only.

Big news from Caterlilly’s!

Sorry I’m a few minutes Late I’ve been Slammed!!! Yay!!!

Today, we’d like to shine the spotlight on someone who is very special to our family.

My nephew has dedicated 22 years of service to the United States Army. He began his military career at Fort Leonard Wood, and after serving our country around the world, he and his family recently made the move back to Missouri. In a full-circle moment, he has accepted a position as Command Sergeant Major, finishing his distinguished career where it all began.

If you know him, you know he is one of the most humble people you’ll ever meet. Recognition is never something he seeks, which is exactly why we’re so proud of him. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to serving others have been an inspiration to our family for many years.

Now for the Caterlilly connection…

His son, Lucas — the creator of Caterlilly herself — will be spending the summer working with me at the truck! Many of you already know Lucas from his artwork and creativity, and have met him at the face painting booth at kids day at the truck, but now you’ll get to know him in person.

As an added bonus, Lucas will also be helping launch our new delivery service on Thursdays and Fridays to Wright City and Warrenton. If you’re unable to get out of the house, send us a text. If you’re within about 10 miles of our route, we’ll do our best to bring Caterlilly’s right to your door. (For now Thursdays and Fridays Only as we experiment with this)

When you stop by the truck this summer, be sure to say hello and help us give Lucas a warm welcome. We couldn’t be more excited to have him with us for the Summer!

Most importantly, we’d like to extend our heartfelt gratitude not only to our nephew, but to all the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Your sacrifices help protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

And to the spouses, children, parents, and family members who stand beside our military heroes through deployments, moves, missed holidays, long nights, and uncertain days….thank you. Your strength, support, and sacrifice often happen quietly behind the scenes, but they are every bit as important and appreciated.

And to our Command Sergeant Major — thank you for your 22 years of service, sacrifice, and leadership. We are incredibly proud of you. 🇺🇸❤️
