Friday 10/9 - Miss Tootsie’s Rolls - thin sliced pork shoulder rolled and served on a hot dog bun with whatever extras you want

Saturday 10/10 - Texas Twinkies and Pork Belly Burnt Ends - two fan favorites

Sunday 10/11 - St. Louis Pork Ribs - this is the second week in a row for ribs. Should we do it every Sunday?

Come in and see with the biscuit of the day is. Father Brisket is loving playing with his food.

Surprise special today!
Father Brisket wanted to play with his food today. He smoked up some queso on Esther for nachos. You can go meatless or add any of our meats to make it a meal.

We also have pork ribs sold by the bone as long as they last today. Stop in and grab a couple bones and enjoy this beautiful Fall weather.

First of all we are closed for a corporate event today 10/2. The company rented out the entire disc golf course and the restaurant for the day. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Saturday 10/3 - we will have the Miss Tootsie Roll as a special. This special has been named after the 90 year old Texas pitmaster who is know nationally for her pork steak. Check out her story on Netflix Chef Table. Our version is a thin sliced pork steak that we season and roll into a tube then smoke. We serve them on a hot dog roll with your choice of extras. Come be one of the first to try one.

Sunday 10/4 - we will have pork ribs. These are only available as a special so if you love tender ribs this is the day to stop by.

We are sorry but with the disc golf pro tour coming to Maple Hill Disc Golf Course (and the thousands of ticketed patrons) we are closed this weekend. We look forward to seeing you next weekend.

We will also be closed Friday October 2 for a corporate outing that has rented the course and our restaurant.

We promise to not have any more closures for a while. Thanks for your understanding.

We apologize but we are closed to the public as the disc golf pro tour visits Maple Hill Disc Golf Course (along with a whole lot of ticketed visitors)

We will see you next weekend. Please be advised that we will also be closed next Friday as there is another huge corporate event at the course that has rented the course and our restaurant.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but know that we can’t wait to see you after these events.

It’s a beautiful weekend for some BBQ. Stop in to grab some smoked turkey today or pulled beef (twice cooked brisket) tomorrow or pork ribs Sunday.

Get here this weekend because the MVP Open is next weekend (September 24-27) and we will not be open to the general public during that time.

They’re back! On Saturday, you can get these crowd favorites. They are manicotti stuffed with sausage and cheese and wrapped in bacon and then given a smoke bath on Esther.
