As 2025 comes to a close and we look ahead to what 2026 will look like we reflect on your patronage throughout the decades and the 10 years selling our goods at Local Roots in Wooster.

We have decided to limit our production for sales of preordered items only at Local Roots to one day a month. So beginning in January we plan to schedule one production day in the beginning of each month for preorders only. This means there will be no restocking once what is now on our shelves and in backstock is gone.

So we ask you to plan ahead and order by the end of each month to ensure your items will be available by the first full week of each month.

The Christmas Holiday is upon us and preparations are being planned. To help us help you have a memorable celebration we are taking preorders ONLY for our holiday specialties and most popular items. Please call us at 330-264-6625 to order your holiday Lasagne, Pizza, any sauce or handmade pasta, Pizzelle, Calcionetti, Panettone, or Italian Cookie Assortment tray. Last production day is December 16, order before December 14. 🇮🇹🎄

It is not new information that egg prices are pretty expensive right now. And we use quite a few eggs in each batch of our Pizzelle and Panettone. Since Easter is just a month away, we will not be stocking extra Pizzelle or any Panettone at Local Roots this year. We will be taking orders to be picked up no later than April 10th. So if you would like to include these traditional treats at you Easter table please order by April 4th. Grazie e Buona Pasqua ✝️🇮🇹
