Hello June! 👋 Hello Summer! ☀️ Hello Member Appreciation Month! 🥕
Every June, we take a moment to celebrate and thank the members whose support and shared ownership make Local Roots possible. As a cooperative, we have always believed it is important for our membership to include both producers and consumers. While many co-ops are made up of one or the other, Local Roots is unique in bringing both together.
Members receive perks throughout the year, but June is a special time we can share even more of our gratitude with them! Throughout this month, we look forward to celebrating you and the meaningful connections that flourish between maker, baker, grower, and customer.
Here’s what you can look forward to this month:
🥕 $10 off new memberships and membership renewals for the whole month of June.
🥕 From June 15th - June 30th members receive extra loyalty dollars with 5% back on all purchases made in-store.
🥕 Free pen for new memberships and renewals in June.
🥕 25% Off Local Roots Merch for Co-op members during member appreciation month. Restock coming this month!
🥕 Meet the Makers on Saturdays in June. 10a - 12p and 12p - 2p. Meet some of our producers and learn more about what they do!
🥕 To kick off our first Meet the Makers Saturday on June 6th, Betsy Anderson of Betsy's Bake Shop will have free cake available to anyone who comes shop with us that day, first come first serve!
