I'm deeply concerned about the Wayne County Family Court system, which has made decisions that I believe are unjust and biased. Despite my efforts to advocate for shared parenting, a restraining order was issued against my mother, which I believe is unwarranted and a clear example of the court's failure to consider the best interests of the child. Furthermore, I've encountered numerous issues with tenants who haven't paid rent for months, and the court has consistently favored them over me, the property owner. In one astonishing instance, tenants lied under oath in court, claiming they had not been served with eviction papers, only to have the papers read back to the magistrate - and still, the court ruled in their favor!

Specifically, the same court system that issued the restraining order against my mother is the same one that allowed tenants to write rubber checks and then lie under oath. In two separate incidents, on two different properties, the tenants refused to pay rent for eight months, and when I tried to evict them, they claimed they had not been served - despite being read the papers in court to the magistrate, and still, the court ruled in their favor!

This is the same court system that has Rick Helmuth as a lawyer, and allows such disgusting behavior. The same people who are supposed to be impartial and fair are instead perpetuating a system that rewards dishonesty and disrespects the rights of law-abiding citizens. What is posted out for public knowledge and on social media he is representing BLM to improve police officers awareness.

I'm sharing my story to bring attention to the need for reform and improvement in the court system, so that others don't have to suffer the same injustices. Something needs to change, and I hope that by speaking out, I can help bring about that change.

It’s time for the NASCAR Jump Suits for the Candidates!!! The people running for the county seats shall wear the NASCAR outfit and have the respective patches on their outfit of who they work for and you need their family tree on the back as well. Enough of the popular last names paying half of the rates of native Wayne County Residents. Time to Wake Up!!!!! Real Estate invoices should not be based on your last name!
