So stop by TODAY and stock up!

Get some Artisan bubbly focaccia, making a debiut today is Focaccia with bacon or beautiful sourdough, and plenty of other good stuff before the storm is coming.

The customer who purchased the Krakow sandwich just now said that it's one of the best things he's ever tasted for the money, and the sourdough made by Krystian is right up there with the best of the best. You should try it!

Good morning, friends! ❤️🇵🇱

Yes… I know. The All-You-Can-Eat Pierogi Days were a little while ago, and I’m just getting around to writing this now. 🤦‍♂️

That’s what happens when you have three days of people eating pierogi like there’s no tomorrow… and then you have to go back to actually making more pierogi! 😂🥟

What an AMAZING three days we had! ❤️

So much food, so much laughter, so many familiar faces, and so many new faces. And yes… we even completely ran out of pierogi on Saturday! 😳

A HUGE DZIĘKUJĘ! ❤️ to everyone who came, ate, laughed with us, brought family and friends, and made those three days so much fun.

And we keep getting the question:

“HOW can you guys do All-You-Can-Eat Pierogi for that price?” 🤔😂

Well… here’s the secret:

We are a family-run business, with a few amazing people who work alongside us. ❤️

No big corporate office.
No army of managers.
No CEO sitting somewhere counting pierogi. 😂
No fancy marketing department.
No guy named Brad whose entire job is to tell us we need a “pierogi strategy.” 🤣

It’s family, a small team, hard work, a lot of coffee, and probably way too many hours.

We make it ourselves, we work it ourselves, and when something goes wrong… we have nobody else to blame. 😂

That’s how we’re able to keep doing things like this and keep the prices reasonable.

So from our family and our little Krakow Deli team to all of you — THANK YOU. ❤️

And the other question we’ve been getting ever since All-You-Can-Eat Pierogi Days is:

“So… how many pierogi did you guys go through?” 😂🥟

Well… we lost count somewhere around the point where the pierogi started looking back at us. 😂

But we can tell you this much:
WELL over 18,000 pierogi! 😳🥟🥟🥟

At that point, counting them individually was no longer a business decision… it was a cry for help. 😂

Three days. Over 18,000 pierogi. A whole lot of sour cream. And somehow, we’re still standing.

Made the way Babcia taught us. ❤️🥟

And yes… next time we’re making MORE. 😂🥟🥟🥟

Friday evening…what most normal people do? They are relaxing, having a drink, going out, enjoying life. 🥳

Me? I’m getting ready for work. 🤦‍♂️

Polish rye breads and rolls 🇵🇱
Italian ciabatta and focaccia 🇮🇹
Cookies 🍪
And a bunch of other stuff that apparently needs to be made tonight. 😂

Because tomorrow morning you’re going to walk into Krakow Deli and ask,
“Is this fresh?”

YES. 🤣

It’s Friday night and I’m baking while everyone else is having fun.

I clearly made some questionable life choices. 😂

But it’s gonna taste so good. ❤️
