This year, Independence Day is on a Saturday, and while we won’t have regular hours at Letha’s, we will be open for pre-order pickups only.

To claim your cakes, pies, and cookies, pre-orders must be placed and paid in full by June 27. Order online on our website, or message me directly for a quote. Once paid, your order is set! 🎂

Pickups will be at Letha’s on the 4th—just in time to sweeten your celebration!

Picture this: the Pink Peony Bake Shoppe is a treasure chest of goodies today and tomorrow inside Letha’s! From sunrise (7:30 a.m.) to mid-afternoon (2 p.m.), we’re serving pure enchantment. Saturday, we get cozy from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On the magical menu: pancake mixes in flavors that sound like a party, stuffed cookies galore, scones bursting with blueberries and vanilla dreams, plus cowboy-boot sugar cookies so cute they should be in a rodeo parade. Don’t forget the puppy chow, cinnamon rolls, mini loaves, Rice Krispie treats, hand pies, and our famous croissants. Oh, and grab-and-go bags of cookies—because you’ll want a little pocket of joy to take home! 🧁✨
