A Note from Jambalaya Bros.
After an incredible run here in Virginia, Jambalaya Bros. will be ceasing operations in May.
This decision comes with a mix of gratitude and excitement. We are deeply thankful to our customers, event partners, fellow food truck owners, and communities across Virginia who supported us, shared meals with us, and made this journey so meaningful. Serving you has truly been an honor.
At the same time, we’re thrilled to share what’s next. We are relocating to Woodstock, Vermont, where we’ll be launching a new food truck and catering venture: Green Mountain Gumbo. Rooted in the same soulful, Louisiana-inspired cooking you know and love, this next chapter will bring bold flavors to a beautiful new setting.
You can learn more about the new venture here:

From the bottom of our hearts—thank you, Virginia. We hope to see you down the road, and we can’t wait to welcome new friends in Vermont.
With gratitude,
Jared Bourgeois
