When beautiful local produce arrives, we let the season steer the ship. This weekend’s special is a celebration of spring flavors, wild mushrooms, and seriously good ranch-raised beef.
Starter:
Spring porcini, charred broccoli rabe, hot honey dressing, chive aioli, and pickled sweet corn 🌽🍄
Main:
Roasted Mannix Family Grass-Finished Beef ribeye, puffball mushroom slab, charred asparagus, chimichurri butter, and arugula pistou 🥩🌿

We’re bringing back one of our favorite Montana comfort foods: cheese curds from Lifeline Creamery 🐄✨
These organic, biodynamic cheese curds are cornmeal crusted (i.e gluten free), fried to golden perfection, and served with our house made green goddess dressing. Crispy, creamy, local, and ridiculously satisfying.
We love supporting Montana farms and producers, and this dish is everything we adore about farm-to-table cooking: simple ingredients, local goodness, and big flavor. Come grab a bowl and taste why these little beauties never stay off the menu for long.
