Had another great weekend at the 2026 Ilani BBQ Fest! Frank and I cooked long hours, excited to create and serve! We all worked hard with set up, serving, and tear down as Frank & I were on the competition side cooking, and serving samples, and hoping to create some tastes that the judges would like! As well as being a vendor on Restaurant Row where we Fed over 1,400 guests and hope they all enjoyed their day with some of our regular items we serve from our trailer. It was busy, hot, long hours but everyone did great! In the end we got 4th in Spare Ribs! We will continue to learn, cook, create and continue in improving on the competitive side of Bbq! Thank you all who wished us well! Be sure to find us at the next! Where will that be? In Kalama Haydu Park at the Big Smoke in Little Kalama June 26th, 27th, & 28th! See you there! Congrats to all the competitors on their wins!

Friends, just a reminder that Smokin Frank's BBQ Co is going to be closed For June at our Woodland site. We are competing, you can show you support and get great BBQ come and get some pics o us at the Ilani BBQ and brews fest June 12th, 13th and 14th. and Kalama for Big Smoke BBQ on June 26th 27th ad 29th. and we will be at Confluence Vineyards and Winery July 3rd and 4th for the Red, White and Blues fest. we are still available for catering events and orders by phone for drop off call 360-991-8215 for details. and we will be back.
