With March on rapid approach, and with it Spring, anyone with Texas roots might find their mind drifting towards Blue Bell ice cream . Though we won't enjoy any Bluebonnets or Indian Paint Brushes blooming in the coming weeks here in the high country, we are happy to be offering some adaptations on our traditional affogato: a Dutch Chocolate affogato and a Pistachio Almond affogato.
