Hey y’all! A little heads-up so you’re not wondering who popped up on your feed—we’ll be changing our name from Southern Roots Nutrition to Southern Social 🤍

It’s still us! We’re still making your favorite teas and continuing deliveries, but as we work toward opening our shop, we wanted a name that fits what we’re creating, a place to grab a drink, meet a friend, play a game, and stay awhile.

Southern Roots has been part of our story since 2019, and we’re excited to bring those roots into this next chapter.

You’ll start seeing the new name here soon, so just remember: same people, new name, and lots to look forward to! Thank y’all for supporting our family as we grow. 🌿

A little tea, a whole lot of teacher appreciation! 🥤💛

We delivered teas to Cannon County Elementary and Cannon County South today, and seeing those teachers’ faces light up made our day! We love getting to treat the people who pour so much into our kiddos. 🫶

We’ll be out delivering to more schools throughout the rest of the week, so stay tuned, teachers… your school could be next! 👀✨

10/26/2026

We’re back at it on this beautiful Monday, delivering teas to more of our local businesses! ☀️🥤 We’re loving getting to meet y’all and spread a little weekday cheer around Cannon County.

10/24/2026

Hey, Cannon County! Y’all have overwhelmed us in the BEST way with all the responses to our tea drops! 🥰 We had to restock all our goodies, and we’ll be back out Monday to keep treating the community!

Thank you for making us feel so welcome. If we haven’t made it to you yet, we haven’t forgotten you! We can’t wait to see more familiar faces and meet some new ones! 🫶
