Hello everyone. Specials for the week will be the grilled chicken peach salad with goat cheese, walnuts, and poppyseed dressing. It was such a hit last week and peaches are so good this time of year we decided to do it again. Our sandwich special for the week will be a turkey, bacon, avocado, homegrown tomatoes, lettuce with tomato jam, and a Sriracha aïoli. Your choice of wheat or sourdough toast.

Sweet treats for the week so far will be cinnamon rolls baklava, Irene’s baklava cheesecake, peanut butter pie, Keylime pie, iced sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, loaded cookie bars, oatmeal cream pies, and mini zucchini breads. Thanks so much for all your continued support. We appreciate it so much.🩷🩵💚

We have some exciting news to share with you guys. We are going to start doing a supper club. It will be the first Saturday of every month and it will be reservations only. The menu will change monthly. Reservations will open next week when we release the first menu. This is going to be really awesome. I can’t wait to share these amazing dishes with you. Good morning Riverbend and happy Saturday! It’s official today is our one year anniversary. I cannot thank you all enough for showing up for this little Cafe and bakery of ours. It has been the fastest year of my life. You know what they say… Time flies when you’re having fun.

 Cinnamon rolls will be coming out of the oven at 8 AM. We have lots of other sweet treats and some really yummy specials today. Come celebrate with us. 🎉🎈🩷🩵💚

Hello everyone. We have been having a blast celebrating our one year all week 🎈🎉 Thank you so much. I seriously can’t believe the Cafe is 1 on Saturday. We are going to add some specials for the weekend. Stuffed wild Maine blueberry French toast 🫐and we will also have lobster quiche 🦞The peach salad, farm stand quiche and the spanakopita we will have through the weekend. Hope to see you.🩷🩵💚

All of the fresh veggies and fruits have me nerding out over here. All of my zucchini, cucumbers, eggplant, tomatoes, and peaches are all local and fresh. A big thanks to Pearson's Produce & Ice Cream for the awesome peaches and cucumbers. I ran into my buddy Scott from Sammi's Sandwiches at Pearsons shopping local also. Thank you Carley Fleming for the yummy tomatoes.

The specials so far for the week will be for breakfast farm stand quiche. It has zucchini, yellow and green, eggplant, tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese served with a cup of fruit. The salad special is a grilled chicken with peaches, goat cheese, and walnuts served over a bed of mixed greens with poppy seed dressing. Also, we have two special sides for the week, a creamy cucumber dill salad, or a piece of spanakopita. I will be doing some more specials for this weekend. Come out and see us this week and celebrate our one year anniversary with us. We can’t wait to see you. 🩷🩵💚🎉

Good morning! I can’t believe I’m already making this post but this Saturday is our one year anniversary for the Cafe and bakery 🥹. The support we have received from all of you guys has been so amazing! We love this community so much. The city of Wood River has been awesome to work with. Also we could not do this without our amazing staff. They seriously are the best! I love what I do and sometimes just have to pinch myself. It’s so much work, but it’s so rewarding to me. I love cooking and baking and serving you all. We are going to run some great specials this week that I will post here later today. A big thank you to John and Lynne Troyan for having us cater their 50th wedding anniversary. Grilled shrimp with chimichurri sauce, fillet Crostini’s with a horseradish sauce,  Mexican street corn made with corn from their garden,  charcuterie board, chocolate chip cookies, mini Keylime pies, baklava, and sugar-free cherry cupcakes. Hope you guys had the best night celebrating with friends and family. Thanks again for choosing us.🩷🩵💚

Good morning and happy Saturday! Don’t forget breakfast is served all day on Saturday so come brunch with us. Our breakfast special will be the cinnamon roll breakfast sandwich that’s two eggs your choice of meat and cheese on a buttered grilled cinnamon roll. AJ is on the grill this morning so he will be making his awesome omelettes. Lunch specials are grilled chicken, bacon, ranch wrap, or our jalapeño and cheddar Dukes bakery grilled cheese.
