Kingswood's Two-Ball Championship is played out over a series of weekly matches. After playing many rounds in this elimination series, we are pleased to introduce our 2026 Women's Two-Ball champions Margaret Martin and Sue Nentwig. Cecile Chase and Denise Gallagher were Runners up in the championship final that went to the 18th hole. Our Men's Two-Ball Net Champions are Mike Pepin and Ron Nentwig. Runners-up were John Hardenbergh and Sebastian Tordonato. Our Men's Two-Ball Gross Champions were 4-time winners Jeremy Fuller and Bill Barton, who fought a hard match against Reese Clark and Davis Ekstrom. Between the four players there were 13 birdies made!

Kingswood finished up the final rounds of our Club Championships on Sunday. The match for the Men's Club Champion came down to the 36th hole with Mike Hutchins beating our Jeremy Fuller for the title. Our Ladies Club Championship was tied after 18 holes and went into a sudden death playoff. Margaret Martin cinched the win over Carrie Masci (pictured with their caddies Sue Nentwig & Cecile Chase).
Josh Lovering defeated Tom Goodwin in the Senior Club Champion match, and Ricky Hutchins took the Super Senior Club Champion title. First flight winners were Greg Roark for Club Champion, Maryann Strang and Candace Tordonato were First Flight winners for the ladies, Sebastian Tordonato and Ron Nentwig were first fight winners for the Seniors.

Kingswood’s Ladies Invitational lived up to every bit of its billing this past Friday, with more than 60 participants filling the course under absolutely perfect skies. From the first tee times to the final putts, the energy around the club was contagious — laughter on the porch, friendly needling on the greens, and that unmistakable buzz that only a full field of ladies enjoying a day of golf together can bring.

Congratulations to our flight winners, who each turned in standout rounds to take home top honors in their respective divisions. But if you ask anyone who was here, the real story of the day was the camaraderie — new friendships formed, old ones renewed, and a shared appreciation for a golf course that never fails to show off on a day like this.

The ladies competed for Gross & Net in two divisions:

These tournaments don't turn out well by accident. We appreciate our Golf and Restaurant staff and Invitational Committee who went above and beyond to make this event special!
