It's been about a week, but I've converted the reverse flow oakford 1150 to a cross flow. We'll see how it comes out

I'm cooking on the oakford reverse flow offset smoker. Not very big but uses a whole lot less fuel and it's not as hot to stand next to, chickens are looking pretty good. We'll find out here shortly
