Howdy Folks,

Unfortunately our walk in fridge is being repaired today and we will not be able to do dinner service this Wednesday. We will be up and running again tomorrow on Thursday. In the meantime, the bar will still be open tonight if you'd like to come out and get a drink!

We've got Prime ready for you all, as well as an awesome appetizer for ya!

Ahi Tuna Tartare: marinated in sesame oil, lemon zest, and scallions, it's a perfect companion to our ultra-thin house made potato chips.

Happy Fish Friday!

We've got a couple of awesome specials for you tonight, as well as some great dessert!

First off, we've got Walleye back on for fish fry tonight. Lightly breaded and pan seared, served with your choice of potato and soup or salad.

Next: Angry Lobster Pasta, shells tossed in a spicy tomato cream sauce with tender chunks of lobster meat, topped with parmesan and fresh chives.

Finally for dessert, we've got a house made Key Lime Pie topped with whipped white chocolate ganache. Super silky and delicious.

Happy Thursday folks! We've got a comfort food special for you on this gloomy day.

A Half rack of ribs, served alongside smoked gouda mac & cheese and fresh coleslaw. Served with our housemade rhubarb barbecue sauce; sweet, tangy, and with a little kick of chili.

Have you had our new creamed corn biscuits yet? They may come with every meal, but they're a perfect partner to tonight's special.

Happy Fish Friday! We've got two excellent specials for you all tonight.

First, Mahi Mahi broiled with a miso honey glaze, served over coconut rice with sweet corn puree and sauteed oyster mushrooms.

Next, Porchetta, pork belly slow roasted until juicy and tender with a crispy crust. Rosemary, garlic, and lemon lines the inside of the pork belly, rolled into a roulade and sliced. Served with confit potatoes, asparagus, and roasted apple sauce.

Finally, we've got rhubarb martinis and watermelon drop martinis both made in house for drink specials.

Happy Thursday!

We've got an excellent cocktail for you all tonight as well as some great specials.

Peppercorn crusted ahi is on for an appetizer. a 6oz peppercorn and sesame crusted ahi tuna, quickly seared and served with fresh cucumber and snap pea salad, and a citrus ponzu sauce.

We've also got Fettucine Carbonara as an entree, with a creamy parmesan sauce, tossed with crispy bacon and black pepper. Served with soup or salad.

Finally, we've got Melon Drop Martinis as our drink special this week! House infused watermelon vodka, squeezed lemon, shaken and strained with a sugar rim and lemon peel.

We will be serving Ricotta stuffed pasta shells covered in a slow cooked beef ragu, and topped with melted mozzarella and parmesan. Served with soup or salad.
