It's Friday and we have some great specials tonight! Pictured are our OG servers, Missy and Amber and our Shaved Prime Rib over Texas toast, served with gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans. Also, pan seared red snapper with a poblano sauce topped with roasted tomatoes. Last but not least, we have a Candy Corn Martini that we are kicking off Spooky Season with as well! Come see Missy while you can, this her last Friday night with us. Emotional post to come later... lol.

It’s Monday, which means prime rib and margarita monday! We have 10 and 16oz prime rib which comes with green beans and a choice of starch! James is also featuring a Shrimp Florentine Pasta. It is creamy, savory, and delicious! Michael S. Weiss is making a black cherry coconut margarita at the bar! We hope to see you all tonight from 4-9! 🥥🍒

We are loving the autumn weather so much we decided to feature a couple cozy specials! First Michael S. Weiss made a delicious Smoked Cinnamon and Honey Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned and I made a Hearty Beef and Veggie soup served with our House-made cajun chips. We also have Scallops Casino made by James, and Kaleb is frying up our hand breaded Grouper Fish and Chips. 🍂🍃

Hey Everyone!! Tonight is Prime Rib, along with Margarita Monday! We also have a few other specials up our sleeve... grouper sandwich, two different scallop specials, one being James's grapefruit beurre blanc sauce with seared scallops as well as a Cajun scallop, shrimp and grits dish. Cassee is featuring a watermelon margarita with fresh, house-made watermelon puree made by Michael S. Weiss. We hope to see everyone soon!

Pan seared scallops anyone? I am a sucker for a good sear and this right here just does it for me. Served with a grapefruit buerre blanc sauce, over a cauliflower puree, topped with pickled shallots and a fresh herb oil. Served with your choice of a vegetable. Tonight James has out done himself with a pan seared red snapper, over a corn and bacon cream sauce, then topped with more fire roasted corn, bacon, roasted tomatoes, and pickled shallots. It is to die for! We are also serving a hand cut 10oz Ribeye topped with a cognac cream sauce. We hope to see everyone tonight!
