Happy belated Birthday to our beloved Training and Development Manager for Florida, Kat Zonis! ✨
(Also featuring our Director of Culture, Chris Amato!)

Kat has been with us since the very beginning — interviewing, training, and helping prepare our team for grand opening day. Her dedication, hands-on leadership, attentiveness, and mentorship have helped shape the culture of our restaurant in such a meaningful way.

Beyond her professionalism, Kat brings an incredible sense of humor and genuine care to everyone around her. She not only ensures our guests are enjoying every aspect of their experience, but also stays deeply connected to our team, always ready to step in and help wherever needed.

While her role now extends beyond Corner Chophouse as she travels to support other incredible Indigo Road venues, she still makes time to stop by, work alongside us during service, and bring the same energy and support she did from the very beginning.

We are beyond grateful to have her as part of our family and wish her another year filled with success, happiness, and unforgettable moments.
