Born and raised in Winter Park, Kevin McClanahan of Fannie Hillman + Associates knows this community from a perspective that goes far beyond real estate. His office sits right in the heart of Park Avenue, he serves on the Park Avenue District Board, and this year, he’s helping plan one of his favorite seasons on the Avenue: Holidays on Park. 🎄

Kevin specializes in Winter Park, Maitland, College Park and Baldwin Park and his deep connection to Winter Park also gives Kevin something special to offer his clients. Is there a better place for a walk with your best friend than the Park Avenue District?

Tree-lined streets, shady sidewalks, patios, central park, plenty of people-watching… and, of course, a few strategically placed water bowls along the way. 😉
We want to see Park Avenue through the eyes of our four-legged regulars.

Last holiday season, more than 14,000 children climbed aboard the carousel making memories with parents, grandparents and friends in the heart of Winter Park.

This year, the tradition continues!

We are incredibly grateful to the Hill Family and Hill Gray Seven for once again generously sponsoring the carousel and helping bring this beloved experience back to Holidays on Park. For Theresa Smith-Levin of Central Florida Vocal Arts, joining meant becoming more deeply connected to the Winter Park community where she was born and now proudly serves. As a Park Avenue District member — and now a proud Board Treasurer — she’s built relationships with local business owners, discovered new opportunities for collaboration and found businesses eager to support the mission of her nonprofit.

Our Stroll Down the Avenue continues with Kimberly White. 🚶‍♀️✨

After moving to Winter Park from out of state, Kimberly joined Club 1882 and found more than a membership. She found a social club with new friendships, new connections and an introduction to the local businesses and people that make this community so special.

August is Member Month at the Park Avenue District and we want everyone to know that membership isn’t just for business owners.

Our PAD community is for the people who believe this place is worth cultivating. That includes Central Floridians who live here, shop here, dine here and bring their friends here!

Club 1882 gives residents a way to connect more deeply with the community they call home — and maybe discover a few new favorite places along the way.

You don’t have to own a storefront to be part of Park Avenue District. PAD Membership is for everyone.

Popcorn Flicks is one of those special community traditions that makes an evening on Park Avenue so special. And during Member Month, we’re shining a light on the businesses and organizations that actively contribute to what makes the Park Avenue District such a special place to live, work and visit.

Enzian, in partnership with the City of Winter Park, brings film, culture and experiences like this one to our residents and visitors all year long.

So tonight, grab dinner on the Avenue, or pack a picnic and find your spot in the park and get ready for the 45th anniversary of Indiana Jones Raider of the Lost Ark.
