First and foremost — thank you.
Your support, your loyalty, and the way you continue to choose us means everything to our family and our team. We truly appreciate each and every one of you.
We wanted to take a moment to clearly explain our reservation process, as we’ve recently experienced some confusion and frustration — and we completely understand why.
We currently accept reservations only through OpenTable or by calling the restaurant directly.
When booking through OpenTable, we have a very strict policy:
Please specify your seating preference (indoor or outdoor) in the comment section.
We truly do our best — 99.9% of the time — to honor your request.
However, if no preference is listed, we will assume there is no specific request and will seat you wherever availability allows.
If there is ever a situation where we fail to honor your request due to our own mistake, please know that we always strive to go above and beyond to make up for any inconvenience and ensure your experience with us is still exceptional.
Now, regarding Google reservations:
We intentionally made the decision to remove the option to book reservations through Google.
The reason was simple — Google does not allow us to clearly display our seating policy, which can lead to confusion and frustration for our guests.
Unfortunately, despite removing that option, Google introduced its own AI reservation system.
• This AI system calls us on behalf of a guest
• It only provides a name, date, and time
• There is no seating preference included
• We have no ability to communicate back, ask questions, or clarify anything
• We also have no visibility into what you see on your end
In other words — we are receiving incomplete reservations with zero control over the process.
Additionally, this system is not something we are able to remove or opt out of, and there is currently no direct way for us to resolve this with Google customer support. As long as our business is listed and operating, this AI assistant may continue to exist and place calls on behalf of guests.
