My 3-year-old is being discharged from the hospital today after a 5 day stay, so my focus needs to be on helping him continue his recovery and getting him settled back into his normal routine.

Last week’s shipping drop will begin shipping tomorrow. I anticipate having all current shipping orders completed and shipped no later than Thursday.

Thank you for understanding the pause in taking on more shipping orders while I take care of my little guy. ❤️

Please remember that for resort delivery orders, your order is not considered confirmed until you have received an official Order Confirmation email from us.

Your confirmation email will include your delivery date and time (if applicable), a summary of your order, any remaining balance due, and the payment due date.

Please note that orders with an outstanding balance will not be delivered. Final payment must be received by the due date listed or the late fee paid before the order can be completed.

We also encourage all clients to carefully review the Terms & Conditions at the time of placing an order.

These terms must be acknowledged and accepted before an order can be submitted and are provided to ensure expectations and responsibilities are clearly outlined for all parties.
