When was the last time you actually took a little time for yourself? ☕️📖✨

This Sunday, join Sandra with playground4thesoul for “Write On,” a mindful tea and writing ritual! Sip on some delicious tea, slow down, get those thoughts out of your head and onto paper, and give yourself a little room to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with YOU.

You don’t have to be a writer to enjoy this! This is about so much more than writing. It’s about making time for yourself, finding a little clarity, getting creative, and perhaps discovering something about yourself you didn’t even realize was there.

You’ll leave with more than just words on paper. A little more clarity, a fresh perspective, and something meaningful to carry with you long after the ritual ends. Your future self might just thank you for it! 💛

Our little handmade truffles by Nguyet Nguyen are sooo good. Made with our very own specialty teas and matcha, they’re rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. And yes, they definitely taste just as good as they look.

Pair one (or three, we won’t judge 😂) with your favorite tea, matcha or latte and you’ve got yourself a pretty delicious afternoon.

We’ve got yoga, poetry nights, readings, dance, Reiki, movie nights, Creative Jam, our Silent Book Club, Self-Care Sunday’s and a whole lot more happening around the Mill this month.

Bring whatever you’re working on. Painting, drawing, crochet, writing, collage, jewelry, whatever gets those creative juices flowing. Bring a project if you want, grab a drink and come vibe with us.
