Hello all! Just wanted to hop on here and share about the coffee we used in the trailer! I’ve lost track of the amount of people asking what coffee we used since we closed, so decided to just make a post!😊
When my sister and I first opened Beacon of Light, our goal was to use as many Christian based vendors as possible, while still having a delicious product! So, we typed “Christian Coffee Company” in the Google search & surprisingly, there’s not very many!
BOLD3 Coffee was the first company to pop up, so we looked into it! They sent us free samples of each roast that they offer and we even made it a fun “tasting night” with some friends and family! I made desserts to be paired with the coffee and let me tell you, that coffee was incredible! Almost everyone was drinking it black, no extras needed…it’s that good! We found our match!
After further testing, we chose their bold roast for our espresso, called “Strong and Courageous.” Try to go check them out! Their mission is so inspiring and the coffee is fantastic!
Another great alternative that we used in a pinch was the Costco brand, Kirkland French Roast! It is as close as we can find to the Bold3 blend. A cheaper alternative, but still delicious!☕️
