Pasta al Limone

An aromatic staple of the Amalfi Coast, Pasta al Limone is bright, creamy, and beautifully simple.

Ours is tossed in a creamy emulsion of hand-zested lemon, olive oil, butter, and aged Parmigiano, then finished with cracked pepper and just a hint of garden basil.

It is absolutely delicious, and gives us that “summer in Italy” feeling.

Back-to-school season is here, and with it comes busy afternoons, activities…and the daily question: What are we doing for dinner?

In case you did not know, Mirani’s at Home has a full Kids Menu, with 6 items that your little ones will love.

Wondering what’s for dinner? We can make at least six nights a little easier 😉

Night 1: Little Chicken & Mash
Grilled chicken with our garlic mashed potatoes and applesauce on the side.

Night 2: Piccolo Penne
A simple plate of penne, perfect for our littlest customers.

Night 3: Junior Steak Frites
A smaller version of our Steak Classique, served with Dutch fries and sauce on the side.

Night 4: Junior Cheeseburger & Fries
A smaller version of our Burger, made with beef we grind in-house and served with Dutch fries, ketchup, and applesauce.

Night 5: Junior Chicken Parmigiano
A smaller version of our Chicken Parmigiano, served with penne marinara.

Night 6: Little Chicken Nuggets & Fries
Homemade chicken tender nuggets with Dutch fries, ketchup, and applesauce.

And while dinner for the kids is handled, there are plenty of options for you too, of course, from steaks, chicken, seafood, curries, pastas, and more.

Our Chicken Marsala calls for a quiet evening at home, a good glass of wine, and absolutely nothing left on the plate 🧡

Tender chicken in a creamy garlic Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, served with white rice on the side. Rich, full of flavor, and not to be missed.

If you’re a salmon lover, this one is for you.

Our Mustard Crusted Salmon might be the most popular dish on our menu, for decades running.

Why? Because it is, quite honestly, perfect.

Salmon is brushed with mustard, then topped with a flavorful breadcrumb crust, and sautéed until perfectly tender and crispy on the edges. It is served over our signature French lentils and vegetable coulis.

The dish is balanced and wonderful. If you haven’t tried it, please do, and let us know what you think. 🧡

Happy Monday! We are back from a lovely week spent in San Diego, visiting the newest addition to our family, our grandson! 🩵 It was such a joy to spend time with him, and our daughter.
