Join us March 18 from 6–8 PM for an intimate evening with Maison Albert Bichot — one of Burgundy’s most respected family-owned estates, crafting expressive wines since 1831.
Guiding the evening is Jules Martin, now based in Chicago and originally from Bordeaux, where his passion for wine began in his grandparents’ cellar. WSET Level 2 certified, Jules brings deep knowledge and an approachable perspective to the table, walking guests through each selection and its story. His personal favorite pairings — Chablis with oysters or Pinot Noir with escargot — speak to the timeless elegance of French wine and cuisine.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully paced, multi-course dinner paired with wines that reflect the precision, structure, and sense of place that define Albert Bichot.
