We’ll start cooking at noon, and the paella will be ready around 1 PM.

September 13–14 we’re firing up the grill at the Winnemucca Trap Club and serving breakfast & lunch BOTH DAYS! 🎉

🥓 Breakfast: Burritos, our legendary breakfast bowls, and Vicki’s ooey-gooey homemade cinnamon rolls (get them before they’re gone! 🤤)
🍔 Lunch: Stacked burgers, melty cheeseburgers, hot dogs, tri-tip sandwiches, and 🔥 chorizos! 🔥

I just wanted to give a big shout out to the best kitchen crew anyone could hope for! We were so proud to be asked to provide the dinner for last night’s Humboldt County High School Reunion, and my “A” Team really busted their butts to help me pull it off! Danika Aboud, Jayme (and Julia) Gabiola, Leesa Pasquale and Austin Formby… thank you for all of your hard work! Also thank you to a group of nice young Lowry football players who provided us with backup taking care of the 425+ guests who enjoyed a great evening! The reunion committee really put together a wonderful event! Juanita Ydiando, Vince Mendiola and Jim Billingsley you guys are rockstars!
