Here is one.

In 2016, Brian Ford said,
“Let’s buy a food trailer.
We’ll call it Back Burner Smoke Haus.”
“It will be fun,” he said.
“We’ll make some friends,” he said.
“We’ll make some money,” he said.
“We’ll make every. single. thing. from scratch,” he said.
“We’ll work well together,” he said.
“We’ll work really hard,” he said.
“Everything will break. Twice.” He said.
“I can fix everything. Twice.” He said.
“We’ll start a food truck community,” he said.
“It will be hot, cold, windy, snowing, raining, hailing, buggy, dusty and noisy,” he said.
“We’ll do it right. We’ll do it our way. We’ll retire when the time is right,” he said.

Brian Ford was right. 100%.
