After three incredible years, this is one of the hardest posts we’ve ever had to make.
With heavy hearts, we have decided to cancel future Serves for Su***de events. This event has always been so near and dear to our hearts, and being able to raise awareness and provide financial support to HOOAH Wisconsin for su***de awareness has meant more to us than words can say.
Serves for Su***de has always been run by just the two of us — Hannah and Phoenix — and over the years we have dedicated countless hours into planning, organizing, fundraising, and making this event happen. As our kids have gotten older and become more involved in sports and activities, life has become incredibly busy, and we simply can no longer give this event the time and energy it deserves.
We are beyond proud of what this community accomplished together over the last 3 years — raising more than $30,000 for HOOAH and helping spread awareness for such an important cause. None of this would have been possible without every sponsor, player, volunteer, donation, share, and person who showed up to support us along the way.
While we may no longer be hosting the event, we will continue to support HOOAH and attend events whenever we can and hope you do as well. Su***de awareness and supporting veterans and their families will always remain close to our hearts.
Thank you for believing in this event and standing beside us these last few years. We sincerely apologize to everyone who looked forward to it each year. Your support has meant everything to us.
