Introducing our new Cacao Cold Brew

Friend of the BOP , an incredible bean to bar chocolatier out of Avon, has bequeathed upon us the aromatic husks of his delicious cacao beans. The husk is a byproduct of the cacao-roasting process. It’s often used to make teas and other products. We’re blending it with our coffee to make a cacao-infused cold brew. It’s refreshing and smooth, like your favorite coffee had a baby with a bar of top class dark chocolate.

What’s at the BOP this weekend?

We are open until 9pm this Thursday, Friday, Saturday, serving some delicious drinks and food. No “pop-ups” this week, but plenty to get excited about. Come in for some organic wines, local ciders and beer. Or if you’re hungry, make a meal out of it! We’ll be offering a selection of salads, tinned fish, grilled cheese, and our signature popcorn. Perfect for a night out or a last minute low stress dinner.

The long-awaited BOP chaat pop-up has arrived!

Chaat is a category of Indian street food that focuses on creating contrasts and drama in every bite. Chaat can essentially be any combination of fried dough, produce, spices and chutney. But more so than the exact ingredients, the idea of chaat is all about the combination in every mouthful of creamy and crunchy, spicy and refreshing, sour and sweet. It’s a style that beautifully highlights seasonal produce, and makes for first class snacking while enjoying lots of different wines, beers and ciders. We’ve been wanting to share chaat with you all for a while now, and this is our first go of it.
