Some things are meant to be savored slowly. 🍷

Silky Prosciutto di Parma, folded into delicate ribbons. Decadent mortadella, rich and buttery on the palate. Creamy whipped ricotta drizzled with olive oil, alongside caramelized onion and cannellini bean spread crowned with crispy garlic. Bright, tangy pickled vegetables and plump, herb-kissed marinated olives to tease the palate between bites.

Salty, creamy, savory, sweet, and a little bit provocative.

An antipasto board that begs to be shared… but might make you reconsider sharing. 😉

Fresh string beans. Baby fennel. Quick-pickled red onions. A little heat, a little acidity, and a beautiful piece of Faroe Island salmon.
