Thank you so much for coming out yesterday and spending your evening with us at our last Saigon Night of the year! 🦀🦞❤️

I know the wind was giving me a hard time, and I was literally fighting with the fire all evening! 😂🔥 Thank you for being so patient, understanding, and supportive while I was trying to keep everything running smoothly.But you know what? At the end of the day, despite the wind, the fire, and all the craziness, we still made it a beautiful night with beautiful numbers! I couldn’t do this without all of you.

And of course, I put Jon Paul to work on the BBQ again while I had to run back to the kitchen! A girl can’t be in two places at once, right? 🤣 Thank you, Jon Paul, for always showing up at just the right time and jumping in to help!

Now it’s time to take a little breath, recharge, and start planning what’s next!

🎉🎉 WOOHOO!!! WE DID IT AGAIN!!! 🎉🎉

This year, Amy’s Asian Kitchen is honored to be named BEST THAI FOOD AND BEST VIETNAMESE FOOD in the Best of Clark County! 🏆🏆

And guess what… SECOND YEAR IN A ROW!!! 😭❤️

I honestly don’t even know how to thank all of you enough. Every time you choose to eat with us, bring your friends and family, leave us a review, tell someone about us, or simply walk through our door — YOU are supporting our little restaurant and our dream. Running a small restaurant is not always easy. There are long days, crazy nights, lots of sweat, and definitely a few “what the hell am I doing?” moments 😂… but then something like this happens, and it reminds me exactly why we keep going.

Thank you, Clark County, for believing in us and supporting Amy’s Asian Kitchen. I’m beyond grateful, proud, and honestly… my day is already MADE!!! 🥹

This month’s FRYSC Friday highlights the Fall Break Food Drive, sponsored by the Wi******er Police Department and coordinated through our Family Resource/Youth Services Centers.

We still need donations to fill the remaining food boxes; please consider helping us reach our goal. We are grateful to WPD and our incredible community for supporting our students and families.
