First for the entree we have a black pepper encrusted Ahi tuna with a spiced raspberry coulis and ginger carrot puree. Accompanied by a sesame leek rice cake and seaweed salad. Happy Thursday Everyone!! Take a look at this beautiful creation from Chef Rob! A delicious mango seafood ceviche with sword fish, mahi, salmon, shrimp and a hint of Jalapeño.
