🌴🌈 SAME HEART. SAME GREAT FOOD. BRAND NEW NAME! 🌈🌴

🚨 BIG NEWS, WILTON MANORS! 🚨

We’ve got a little secret we’ve been working on… and it’s time to let you in on it! 👀💕

THIRSTY’S BISTRO IS BECOMING…

🌴✨ ISLAND CITY BISTRO! ✨🌴

Why the change? Well, we’ve discovered that our name has been giving some folks the wrong impression! 😂

Believe it or not, some people think Thirsty’s is a BAR… or just a place to grab a drink! 🍹

But if you’ve been inside, you already know we’re SO much more than that!

🍔 Fresh, juicy steakburgers
🥪 Delicious artisan melts & sandwiches
🌭 Signature all-beef hot dogs
🥗 Fresh, flavorful food
🥤 Smoothies, refreshers & specialty drinks
🩵 A cozy dining room where strangers become friends
🎭 And some exciting new experiences coming soon!

We’re a BISTRO, not a bar! And we want our name to tell that story before you even walk through our doors.

We’re proud to be part of Wilton Manors, affectionately known as The Island City, and we couldn’t think of a better name to represent our home, our community, and the exciting direction we’re heading!

💖 New name. Fresh identity. Same ownership. Same love. Same commitment to great food and genuine hospitality.

And don’t worry… your favorite menu items aren’t going anywhere!

🌴 ISLAND CITY BISTRO 🌴
Where good food brings people together.

🗣️ NOW WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

What do you think of our new name and logo? 👀

👇 Drop a 🌴 in the comments if you LOVE it!
