Unfortunately, we’re going to postpone tonight’s Sake Tasting. Roberto is under the weather 🤧, so we’ll be looking at the calendar and rescheduling the tasting for a later date.

We’ll share the new date as soon as we have it.

Our menu changes every three months, but there’s one thing that stays: our pork chop.

It doesn’t stay the same though, it evolves with the seasons. 🍂

This season, our Grilled C***r Pork comes with a bourbon mustard glaze, grilled peaches & arugula. Sweet, savory, smoky and just a little bit bold.

Same pork chop. New season. New expression.
