Five years have passed!

It feels like yesterday that we were putting the final touches on Union, getting ready for our very first soft opening. We had no idea then just how many incredible people, friendships, memories and stories would become part of our journey.

Over these five years, we’ve built relationships, made new friends, celebrated countless special moments and created memories with our team and our guests that we will carry with us for years to come.

As a small family business, reaching five years is something truly special. It hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge, every busy night, every celebration and every glass of wine shared around our tables has made this journey worth it.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for these past five years. ❤️

Thank you to our amazing team, past and present, and to every person who has been part of Union along the way.
