What if our long-fermented sourdough became pizza?

Tonight we’re testing Sourdough Focaccia Pizzas made from dough that has been slowly fermenting for days, creating a crispy, airy crust with incredible flavor.

Michele and her husband spent the evening serving drinks, welcoming guests, and helping bring Bake Shop After Dark to life while our guests enjoyed Dot Cakes, cookies, brownies, and more.

Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us last night. We are so grateful for the support and are excited to keep the fun going!

What a launch night already!

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by and supported Bake Shop After Dark tonight. We are blown away by the response and so excited to be part of Wilmington’s late-night dessert scene. 💜

Because of your support, we are already SOLD OUT of our Confetti Dot Cakes and Strawberry Dot Cakes!

We still have:
