Hello Wilmington,

We’re asking for your help for a very special cause.

As a Christian-based business, we believe in showing God’s love through action and helping those in need. We’d like to introduce you to Lorie and her daughter, Catelyn.

They have faithfully attended our worship nights since we opened, and recently they shared their story with us. It broke our hearts to learn about the difficult circumstances they are currently facing.

After recently moving to Wilmington, they have found themselves unemployed and living in a shelter. While we have been praying for them, we know that sometimes love is best shown through action, and we want to do what we can to help them get back on their feet.

Our goal is to help them secure a better place to live and provide essential items such as a bed, clothing, and other necessities as they work toward rebuilding their lives.

If you feel led to help, donations can be made at Cielo Café. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will make a difference.
