💿 THE GREATEST HITS MENU DROPS SATURDAY 💿
After months of looking back through 12+ years of menus, listening to our guests, and putting some of our old favorites head-to-head, our new Eternal Sunshine Greatest Hits Menu is finally here.
This menu is a little different from anything we’ve done before.
Instead of focusing only on what’s new, we went back through our history and brought together some of the dishes that helped define Eternal Sunshine over the years. Some have been on the menu since the beginning. Others were voted back by our guests. And we added a few more favorites as “bonus tracks” along the way.
We also wanted the design itself to tell that story, so we built the menu around the idea of a Greatest Hits CD.
It’s been fun looking back at how much the food, the restaurant, and our team have evolved while still seeing pieces of where we started.
